补充资料:番石榴叶保健饮料
首先将干燥番石榴叶粉碎成粉末,添加水-伯醇或低级酮混合液,加热。为了有效溶出番石榴叶中所含的水溶性成分与醇溶性成分,应将水-伯醇或低级酮按1:1~3:7的比例混合。混合后加热至50~80℃,通过酒精对番石榴叶组织细胞的破坏作用,促进水溶性成分及醇溶性成分溶出。1次处理时间为30~60min。再将浸出残渣浸出处理1~2次,充分提取有效成分。混合液的添加量为番石榴叶质量的2~4倍。将提取液集中,减压浓缩,得到液状浸汁。液状浸汁中含单宁、无机物、维生素、精油等成分。将浸汁真空干燥或冷冻干燥,得到茶绿色粉末。上述液状或粉末制品均含番石榴叶的水溶性成分或醇溶性成分。本制法比单用水在高温下浸出得率高,而且制品风味好。这种浸汁可直接保存,加开水即可饮用。也可将汁与无毒载体混合,作为保健饮料。可供健康人经常饮用。
