Application of pulse neutron oxygen activation logging technology in Xinjiang oilfield;

The basic theory, the structure, the run mode, and the application range and effect of several flowmeters, such as the spinner flowmeter, the target flowmeter, and the electromagnetic flowmeter, are mainly presented in this paper, where the radioactive cross-correlation flowmeter and the neutron activated oxygen tool are also described.

As the pulse neutron oxygen activation logging can detect the speed and direction of water both inside and outside of the tubing, the casing and the logging well result is not effected by the fired viscosity and the macropore path formed in the formation in the well, it can promote the logging data quality perfectly obtained from the polymer injection well, and bypath channel well.
