In order to understand the difference between responses of pulsed neutron logging in fiberglass casing and steel casing wells,the responses of 3 types of pulsed neutron logging tool(PNN,TMD and RPM) were simulated by Monte Carlo code MCNP starting with the component and nuclear physics characteristic of fiberglass casing.
为认识脉冲中子测井响应在这2种套管井中的差异,从玻璃钢的组成及核物理特性入手,利用蒙特卡罗方法程序MCNP分别模拟了3种脉冲中子测井仪(PNN、TMD和RPM)的测井响应,得到了它们在玻璃钢和钢套管井中的地层宏观俘获截面值和C/O值,其中用现有方法记录和处理热中子时间谱得到的俘获截面值在2种套管井中表现出的差异要比记录和处理伽马时间谱表现出的差异大得多。
