Based on a fire disaster that happened in a extra-long tunnel under construction,the author analyses on the problems in the emergency rescue,and recommends a layout scheme of the emergency facilities for fire extinguishing,communications,escape,rescue as well as some requirements on emergency exit,ventilation and emergency maneuver.
