以激光为热源,以SiC纳米颗粒材料为前驱体,进行了激光照射下SiC纳米颗粒原位生长晶须的试验,利用SEM对晶须形态进行了分析,分析结果表明激光能量密度是SiC晶须形态变化的主要因素,激光能量密度较小时,晶须形态常为圆锥状、短棒状、丝状,能量密度较大时晶须形貌常见于网状,团簇状等。
