1.一种强制肥育的饲鸭方法。小鸭一个半月后开始填肥，约经半个月肥育结束。每日两次把做成长条形的饲料用手工填入鸭食道内;或把粥状饲料用机器经橡皮管填入。填鸭期间注意限制鸭的活动，使它很快长肥。北京鸭多用此法饲养。 2.用填鸭的方法饲养的鸭子。
