This paper proposes "the concept of inconspicuous intent education" in the ideological and political education for the college,and the connotation and the importance of "the concept of inconspicuous intent education" is expatiated.

In this article,concerning education from the view of ecology,the implement characteristic and origin of Chinese modern education were analyzed,the education concept that agree with ecology thought was put forward as following:whole-man\'s education,life education and traceless education.

In doing so,educational conceptions should be changed.

The popularization of quality education and incessant improvement of Chinese teaching should first focus on the alteration of educational conception,the core of which is to cultivate students emotional quotient(EQ).

Based on structured interviews of social investigation in agricultural and pastoral area in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County of Gansu Province, and visits to relevant governmental departments, the paper analyzes factors that cause the transformation of educational conception of Tianzhu Tibetan women and reasons that hinder the transformation.
