主料
黑豆20克，益智仁20克，桑螵蛸20克，金樱子20克，猪肚1个。
做法
前4味药用干净纱布包裹，与猪肚一起炖熟，饮汤食猪肚。
药用价值
主要治疗小儿遗尿肾阳不足型：睡中经常遗尿，多则1夜数次，醒后方觉，神疲乏力、面色苍白、肢凉怕冷、下肢无力、腰腿酸软，智力较差，小便清长，舌质淡，苔白，脉沉弱。
