制作：将鲜马齿苋50克洗净，冷开水再浸洗一次，切小段，搅拌机搅烂，榨取鲜汁，加入蜂蜜25毫升调匀，隔水炖熟即可，分2次饮用。
按语：清热解毒，利湿止带，主治细菌性阴道炎，证属湿热或热毒内盛者。马齿苋又叫瓜子莱，性味酸寒，功能清热解毒，化湿止带，对志贺杆菌、宋内杆菌、斯氏杆菌、费氏痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌都有一定的抑制效果，马齿苋因能抗炎，故对生殖道炎症所引起的白带增多有治疗作用。孕妇禁用。
