原料: 原 料:
鲜马齿苋60克,鸡蛋4个,精盐,黄酒,植物油,酱油,味精各适量。
制法: (1)马齿苋择去杂物,用温水泡10分钟,清水洗净,切成段。
(2)鸡蛋打散,加入马齿苋调匀,加入精盐,黄酒,酱油,味精,调味。
(3)炒锅上火,放油烧热,将马齿苋和鸡蛋倒入锅内炒熟,装盘即成。
特点: 色黄透绿,质也嫩脆,咸鲜味美,清热解毒,益气补虚。
