This paper describes the specialty and course system reform conducted under the talent cultivation guidelines "based on a great platform and strength specialty,multi-diretionally and modulized" in Guangzhou City Polytechnic,one of the newly-found vocational colleges.

For enrishing the curriculum of vocational education and teaching theories,the theoretical framework of effective connection between higher vocational specialized curriculum system and vocational qualification certification,shall be built and a unique concept of vocational educational curriculum shall be formed.

This paper puts forward the framework of course system for financial management major of undergraduate course, emphatically carries out conception and orientation as to the setup of main specialized courses and the main content of each course, and emphasizes the several relations that must be made clear in the course system setup.
