For natural disasters,combined with scientific research,corresponding management and deep ethic thought we have formed the community in disasters,and then,in order to deal with the disasters,we are going to establish the community in responsibility and the community in ethics.

Based on the introduction of the latest status of social responsibility investment overseas,this paper elaborated the five strategies of NGOs affecting the implementation of corporate social responsibility through social responsibility investing,and their inspiration to China.
