莫斯科将向北京636型(“基洛”级)柴油-电力驱动潜水艇，潜艇装备着诺瓦托尔设计局研制的“克拉布”导弹系统。导弹系统包括高精度的反舰(3m-54e,3m54e1)导弹的独特的反潜(91pe1)导弹。
91pe1反潜鱼雷导弹可通过口径为533毫米的鱼雷发射管发射，射程为5—50公里，其射程随着潜艇潜入水中的深度而减少。其最显著的优点便是：其巡航速度比一般水下巡航鱼雷的速度要快；其打击和消灭潜艇的能力也很强。
