性质:本品为发烟性液体,有氨臭。易溶于水、醇、乙醚、苯及石油产品。凝固点-57.2℃,沸点63℃(100kPa),相对密度0.7914(20/4℃),折射率1.4075(22℃),闪点1℃,自燃点249℃,蒸气压(25℃)20kPa。其蒸气与空气形成易燃易爆混合物。爆炸温度范围-15-60℃。有极强的还原性,与任何氧化剂接触时均能引起燃烧、爆炸。有吸湿性。

制备方法:本品可以氨水、氯化胺和二甲胺为原料经反应合成制得。先将氨水和次氯酸钠分别送入一步反应器进行反应生成氯代胺,然后将氯代胺送入二步反应器与二甲胺水溶液进行合成,生成偏二甲肼水溶液,再将此合成液送入一系列精馏塔进一步蒸馏精馏,脱除过量的氨、二甲胺和偏腙,加碱提浓、脱气后,即得成品。

用途:该品用于生产植物生长调节剂,其苯酚盐可减少润滑盐的沉积现象。还可用于吸收酸性气体,也可用作高能原料。
