In order to determine the distribution pattern of the depositional system of the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation in the Gengwan area of Ordos basin,the authors did a systematic research on the characteristics of the mother rocks in the provenance by analysing the rocks and minerals,heavy minerals,rock fragment character,geochemical character and seismic profile,etc.

补充资料：耿马石佛洞遗址
石佛洞系新石器时代文化遗址，由地壳的自然运动变化而形成，是云南省规模最大的洞穴遗址，属国家级文物保护单位。位于耿马县城南25公里处的小黑江畔。整个洞深不可测，秘不可探，洞口高达20余米，宽至50米还多，就在洞口下文化堆积层厚达3米，其中竟有早期人类房屋柱洞。从考古发现看。石佛洞遗址的主人早在三千年前就会牛耕，会种稻，会烧陶，其石器精致，陶彩精美，造型精细，创造了西南最先进的新石器文化。
