enforced contact
强迫接触(enforeed eontaet)一种通过强制措施来改变态度的方法。这种方法就是不论个人喜欢不喜欢，用组织手段强迫个体与态度对象接触，以便消除偏见、改善关系，进而改变人的己有态度。心理学家史密斯(Smith，F.F.)曾做过这样的实验，他有意安排研究所的白人学生到黑人区，连续两周让他们同著名的黑人编辑、外科医师、诗人、画家、音乐家等会面，听黑人小说家讲演，参加黑人学生茶会，同黑人企业家共进午餐等。结果表明，在46人中有40人对黑人的态度有了改变。此外，居住在政府建筑的黑人与白人共居公寓的白人，由于彼此增加了接触，其种族偏见也大为减少。上述事实，都说明了强迫接触可以改变人的态度。“人怕见面、树怕扒皮”就是这个道理。 (张燕逸撰孙俊山审)
