补充资料：绥阳空心面
绥阳空心面纤细如发，却中间的孔，贯通上下，入锅久煮，不烂，绵软有劲。
制作时用上等细面加上适量油、盐拌和后，揉成细条，两头穿小棍，使油盐充分渗透后，挂高架上，用双手慢慢下拉，拉到一定程度面条便形成空心，再让其自然下坠，晒干只取中间空间部分，即为空心面。制法全靠人工操作的技巧。
