In accordance with measured test data of the 600MW super-critical steam turbine in a power plant,this paper conducts analysis on several factors which can affect on HIP turbine efficiency but is easy to be neglected in performance tests,and obtains the affects of such factors on HIP turbine efficiency.
根据某电厂超临界600MW汽轮机实测试验数据,对在性能试验中容易被忽略的几点影响高中压效率的因素进行分析,得到各种影响因素对高中压缸效率的影响,计算得到的真实高中压缸效率对制造厂设计汽轮机和电厂运行具有重要指导意义。

In order to improve the operation efficiency of steam turbime in variable conditions,according to fundamental theory of rated-sliding pressure operation,efficiency of HP cylinder was measured to judge the valve point.
为了提高汽轮机变工况的运行效率,根据定滑压运行的基本理论,测试高压缸效率并判断阀点;再依据测试主蒸汽参数、高压缸效率对各试验工况整机性能进行拟合计算,得出主汽压力与机组效率的关系,以及最佳运行压力与负荷的关系曲线,即定滑压运行曲线;分析了定滑压运行曲线的局限性,提出了解决局限性的现场动态调整方法。
