性质:吸收震动能量好的硫化橡胶,适用于制造减震用橡胶制品。橡胶的阻尼即橡胶大分子运动的内摩擦阻力,表现为橡胶受应力周期动态变形时,变形的回复落在应力回复的后面,即产生了黏性阻尼能量损失。硫化胶弹性模量与损耗模量之比称阻尼系数,常用下式表示:tanδ=G"/G′。式中,G′为弹性模量;G"为耗损模量;tanδ为阻尼系数,表示橡胶阻尼性能的大小。天然橡胶的阻尼系数为0.01~0.08;丁苯橡胶为0.05~0.15;丁基橡胶为0.05~0.5;硅橡胶为0.15~0.2。填料可增加硫化胶变形时的内摩擦,增塑剂有利于增大阻尼系数。选用丁基橡胶或硅橡胶,增加云母粉、石墨粉、炭黑等填充剂及增塑剂的用量,可得到高阻尼橡胶。
