α-受体
又称"α型肾上腺素能受体"。能与交感神经节后纤维释放的递质,去甲肾上腺素和肾上腺素结合的受体之一。结合后能使血管平滑肌、子宫平滑肌、扩瞳孔肌等兴奋,使其产生收缩;也能使小肠平滑肌抑制,使其舒张。心肌细胞存在α受体,α受体兴奋可引起心肌收缩力加强,但作用较弱。
