性质:又称刺木骨甙E,刺五加苷E。无色针状结晶(稀甲醇)。熔点265~272℃。旋光度-5°(c=0.5,甲醇)。存在于五加科植物刺五加[Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms(Eleutherococcus senticosus Maxim.)]的根、茎,在茎皮和果肉中含量最多,无梗五加(A.sessiliflorus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Seem.]的根中。本品可预防精囊和前列腺萎缩,具有明显的抗应激反应的作用。
