【制法】
取刺五加浸膏150g，加辅料适量，混匀，制成颗粒，干燥，压制成1000 片，包糖衣，即得。
【性状】
本品为糖衣片，除去糖衣后显棕褐色；味微苦、涩。
【鉴别】
取本品5 片，除去糖衣，研细，加乙醇20ml，振摇10分钟，滤过。取滤 液1ml,加 3％碳酸钠溶液1ml 与新配制的重氮对硝基苯胺试液1～2滴，即显红色。
【检查】
应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ D）。
【浸出物】
取本品10片，除去糖衣，精密称定重量，研细，精密称取适量（约相 当于刺五加浸膏0.75g ），照醇溶性浸出物测定法项下的热浸法（附录Ⅹ A）测定，用 甲醇作溶剂。每片含浸出物不得少于80mg。
【功能与主治】
益气健脾，补肾安神。用于脾肾阳虚，体虚乏力，食欲不振，腰 膝酸痛，失眠多梦。
【用法与用量】
口服，一次2～3片，一日2 次。
【贮藏】
密封。
