A flowsheet consists of three stages of fine grindings,two stages of gravity separations and a screening process was adopted to recover iron from iron-smelting slag,and reduced iron powder with MFe exceeding 90% can be prepared.
为了有效回收炼铁渣中的铁,对炼铁渣进行三级细磨、二级重选以及一段筛分处理,制得了MFe含量90%以上的还原铁粉,实验表明2 t粉铁可制取出1 t还原铁粉,残渣则可用于制作陶瓷、免烧砖等,实现了资源综合利用。

攀钢采用热焖工艺使钢渣粉化率达到92%,淘汰了传统的破碎、磁选工艺,并通过切割、自磨进一步提高了渣钢品位及回收率;对铁渣进行打砸、筛分和磁选,选出块铁和废渣,再利用球磨和重选工艺对废渣进行深加工,从而实现了钢渣、铁渣中铁资源的回收利用。
