【功用主治】
治急性扁桃体炎，疔疮。 ①《药性论》："明目。" ②《唐本草》："疗疔疮。" ③《本草图经》："治风，益男子元气，妇人败血。" ④《本经逢原》："善能续筋，消疔肿。"
【用法与用量】
外用：煎水含漱或捣敷。内服：煎汤，1.5～3钱。
【选方】
治急性扁桃体炎：龙葵子三钱，煎汤含漱，吐出。(《河北中药手册》)
