性质:无色液体。具强烈的青香,在极度稀释下有铃兰、风信子样花香并带果香。几乎不溶于水,溶于酒精。沸点204℃,101~102℃(2.9kPa)。相对密度0.998~1.015。折射率1.514~1.519。主要由苯乙酮和氯乙酸乙酯通过Darzens反应制备。也可由α-甲基苯乙烯的环氧化物异构取得。常用于皂用香精,也用于玫瑰、长寿花、丁香等花香型日用香精。
