【菜名】 三油浸鱼

【特点】 鱼鲜嫩爽滑美味。

【原料】

活草鱼一条(750克左右)。葱、姜、红辣椒丝、香菜各10克,料酒、盐、糖、味精、酱油、高汤、花生油少许。

【制作过程】

1.将草鱼洗净,放入开水锅中小火煮5-8分钟即熟,放入鱼盘中。 2.将炒锅放少许油,待油热后下葱、姜、红辣椒丝稍煸后下汤少许,加盐、味精、酱油、糖,调好味开锅后放入火中待用。 3.在鱼身上放葱、姜、香菜、胡椒粉,炒锅放油烧热浇在鱼身上香味即出,再将做好的汁倒在鱼四周即可
