【Methods】A total of 27 patients with benign prostate hyperplasia and associated vesical calculus of 40 mm or greater were treated with pneumatic and ultrasonic lithotripsy followed by transurethral plasma kinetic resection of prostate(PKRP).
方法采用瑞士EMS第3代气压弹道/超声碎石清石系统和经尿道前列腺等离子体电切术(PKRP)治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱大结石患者27例。

方法分别采用经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)、经尿道双极等离子前列腺切除术(PKRP)和经尿道铥激光前列腺切除术(TmLRP)治疗BPH共137例。

会阴前列腺切除术
经会阴入路，于直肠前显露前列腺包囊后壁，切开并切除前列腺。主要优点是手术范围不大，损伤小，对全身影响较小，但此切口较小，显露较差，不易止血，手术操作困难，易发生直肠损伤。现很少采用。
