Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of plasmakinetic energy transurethral resection of the prostate(PKRP) for benign prostatic hypertrophy(BPH).
目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子切除术(PKRP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效及安全性。

经会阴前列腺切除术
手术名。前列腺切除方法之一。连续硬膜外麻醉后，取 截石位。会阴做倒“U”形切口，切开会阴各层筋膜，分离坐骨直肠窝，切断会阴中央腱及直肠尿道肌，分离至尿道和前列腺尖部，将直肠向后牵开。在尿道球部做切口，插入前列腺牵引器，张开其叶片向外牵引，直视下分离腺体，切开包膜，手指钝性分离腺体，在前列腺尖部横断尿道，完整摘出腺体。自尿道插入气囊导尿管，用2-0肠线绕导尿管将膀胱颈和尿道膜部吻合。用肠线修复前列腺包膜，缝合会阴部筋膜、肌肉。创面置管引流。术中勿伤尿道外括约肌及直肠。
