Based on the analysis of the problems in old-age service industry in China\'s middle and big cities,the author proposes suggestions as follows: study and formulate scientific development plan,optimize relevant policies and law,explore a group operation model and try to provide old-age care in multiple forms.

China has entered the aging society,it is necessary to train a large number of elderly services and management talents for the development of community in serving for the aged person and socially endowment cause.
