Based on the relationship among wearing degree of the heat storage element,heat stored,air and flue gas resistance,the concepts of converted heat transferred of the heat storage element due to wear and converted pressure difference due to wear were presented after all the influential factors were quantified.

The results show that a number of internal-heated electric iron core,which parallel installed in the cylindrical storage components instead of electrical bar heating plate,can greatly improve mold heating effective.

Microstructure and properties of an MoSi_2 heating element modified by ceramic compound;

The content and microstructure of scale of Kanthal Super 1700 MoSi2 heating element were studied using scanning electron microscope(SEM) with energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).

Based on the X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) with energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),the composition and microstructure of Riken MoSi2 heating element after high-temperature application was studied.

By using CFD software FLUENT,numerical simulation for the three-dimensional flow of air between honeycombed plate heat transfer components is carried out.
