车牌图像定位部分本文主要采用基于YCbCr颜色空间的彩色车牌定位算法,该算法提取了YCbCr颜色空间的Cb颜色分量,该分量图像中车牌图像区域是整个车辆图像的高频部分,对该分量图像进行膨胀和腐蚀运算后的图像进行投影,这样便可以定位到车牌图像。

本文开头部分介绍了数字水印的一些相关概念、原理与技术、图像预处理方面的知识等;接着以JPEG图像压缩编码、人眼视觉特性为基础,对基于DCT域的一些图像水印算法进行研究;然后采用扩频技术,提出了一种基于分块DCT的双彩色图像水印算法,算法描述如下:首先,把彩色的水印图像和原始载体图像都从RGB色彩空间转换到YCbCr颜色空间,然后将水印图像和原始载体图像的Y、Cb和Cr分量都分别进行分块DCT变换,对水印图像的每一子块量化后保留它的低频系数,接着将得到的低频系数编码成一维二进制序列后进行扩频和置乱,这样就得到了待嵌入的水印序列。

In this paper,the background is firstly modeled using adaptive Gaussian mixture models in YCbCr color space,and the foreground regions including moving objects and cast shadow are extracted from current frame by comparing the each pixel with Gaussian model.
首先在YCbCr颜色空间采用自适应高斯混合模型对背景的每个像素建模;然后,对输入的当前帧图像的每一像素值与该像素点对应的高斯混合背景模型的各个高斯模型进行比较,将前景运动区域(包括运动目标、投射阴影)从场景中提取出来;最后,采用局部二元图(Lo-cal Binary Pattern,LBP)来提取纹理特征,利用背景在阴影覆盖前后的纹理相似性去除投射阴影,同时结合阴影的空间几何特性优化运动目标检测结果。
