The employment of graduates of Fujian University of Technology(FJUT) between 2003 and 2005 is reviewed.

In order to make the labour markets free movement and alleviate unemployment of graduates.

However, with the development of higher education, the problems of the employment of graduates have been shown up.

The fact that the higher vocational education in Fujian province suffers a lot from the graduate employment during its fast development is due to both the unbalance of present employment market structure and some other factors such as the low quality of the graduates and the low ability to look for jobs.

At the same time,their graduates employment is extremely serious,which is mainly caused by the inaccurate orientation of higher vocational education.

It has active and driving function for the graduates employment in the future summing up the employment experience of college graduates,finding out the problems and disadvantages and bringing out countermeasures.
