12 female excellent beach volleyball players were volunteered to join in the test of isokinetic concentric strength of knee and ankle joint flexor and extensor by dynamometer-BIODEX with the methods of reading up the documents and measuring statistics in front and behind of annual period of beach volleyball training.

等容收缩期
当心室收缩时,心室内压力迅速增高,当室内压高于心房内压时,心室内血液即推动左、右房室瓣而使其关闭,血液不致倒流入心房。在心室内压力未超过主动脉压和肺动脉压之前,半月瓣仍在关闭状态。在此短时间内(在人约为0.06秒),房室瓣与心室瓣均关闭,心室肌纤维长度即心室的容积未变而仅有张力的变化,称之为等容收缩期。
