12 female excellent beach volleyball players were volunteered to join in the test of isokinetic concentric strength of knee and ankle joint flexor and extensor by dynamometer-BIODEX with the methods of reading up the documents and measuring statistics in front and behind of annual period of beach volleyball training.
为探讨在沙滩这种特殊的介质上进行排球训练对运动员膝、踝关节肌群肌力的影响 ,在 1998年沙滩排球训练周期前后 ,对我国 12名兼职沙滩女排运动员的膝、踝关节屈伸肌群进行了等速向心收缩肌力测试。

补充资料:等长收缩(运动生理学)
肌肉在没有负重而又能自由所短的情况下收缩时,肌肉的长度缩短而张力没有改变,这种长度缩短而张力不变的收缩,称为等长收缩。当肌肉在两段被固定或负有不能拉起的重量的情况下收缩时,肌肉的长度不可能缩短,只能产生张力。这种长度没有改变而张力增加的收缩,称为等长收缩。
