笔者就沥青乳液稳定混合料存在的早期强度和水稳定性问题,简要的介绍了国外使用普通波特兰水泥等几种外加剂进行混合料强度和其它几项指标的室内实验,表明普通波特兰水泥可以显著提高沥青稳定混合料的早期强度和水稳定性。
