性质:又称纺丝浴。化学纤维湿法纺丝时纺丝原液自喷丝孔挤出后使之凝固成初生纤维的溶液。凝固过程中同时有物理和化学作用。即聚合物与凝固剂之间发生化学反应,以及原液中溶剂向凝固浴扩散,和凝固剂向原液扩散的双扩散作用。根据纤维品种不同,凝固浴的组分、温度、浓度、流量、丝束的浸长、张力、溶液高度等均是对纺丝成形和纤维质量有影响的工艺参数。纺丝机流回的凝固液经回收后有的可以回用。
