By the UD decomposition of the one-step forecast mean square error matrix in which the fading matrix is introduced,the decomposition matrices are used in the process of updating the filter measurement information,then the stability of the algorithm\'s numerical value is intensified.

This paper analyzes the supply and demand of the route guidance information in vehicle navigation system,raises a method to clarify different kinds of shortest path,builds up models of estimating dynamic traveling time on segment,puts forward improved matrix algorithm to solve the problem of searching multi-end dynamic shortest path.
