Rhizoma Heterosmilacis Japonicae is the dried tuber of Heterosmilax japonica Kunth.
本研究以白土茯苓(Rhizoma Heterosmilacis Japonicae)药材为研究对象，收集了不同产地的白土茯苓样品12批，对白土茯苓中化学成分的提取分离制备工艺、总黄酮的含量测定方法、甲基氧化偶氮甲醇樱草糖苷的HPLC含量测定方法和HPLC指纹图谱进行了研究，从而系统、全面地研究了白土茯苓药材的质量控制方法。

鸡（没生过蛋的小母鸡）……1只
清水………………15碗
姜………………2片
盐………………适量
做法
1 将鸡去除内脏，洗净，切半，汆烫，备用。
2 将其他材料洗净。
3 将清水煮沸，把各种材料放入煲内，用大火煮20分钟，再改用小火熬煮2小时，下盐调味，即可饮用。
注：首乌忌铁器烹煮，只宜用瓦煲。
功效
此汤养颜补气血。
