做法
1 将鸡去除内脏，洗净，切半，汆烫，备用。
2 将其他材料洗净。
3 将清水煮沸，把各种材料放入煲内，用大火煮20分钟，再改用小火熬煮2小时，下盐调味，即可饮用。
注：首乌忌铁器烹煮，只宜用瓦煲。
功效
此汤养颜补气血。
