盐………………适量
做法
1 将鸡去除内脏,洗净,切半,汆烫,备用。
2 将其他材料洗净。
3 将清水煮沸,把各种材料放入煲内,用大火煮20分钟,再改用小火熬煮2小时,下盐调味,即可饮用。
注:首乌忌铁器烹煮,只宜用瓦煲。
功效
此汤养颜补气血。
