The results showed that the wear scar diameter of the hydrogenated diesel could be reduced from 689 μm to below 460 μm when the concentration of additives were more than 200μg/g respectively,and the lubrication of hydrogenated diesel fuel could be meet the requirement of the state standard GB/T 19147—2000 for light diesel oil.
结果表明,在抗磨剂添加量大于200μg/g时,可以使加氢柴油的磨痕直径从689μm下降到460μm以下,可满足轻柴油GB/T19147—2000的要求。

yahen压痕(r olled pit)钢材表面缺陷之一,系产品表面上被外物压成的局部凹坑,呈周期性单个或多个断续分布。一般产品表面允许有深度不超过标准规定的压痕。 产生原因是:(1)周期性压痕是由于成品孔或成品前孔、矫直辊、出口辊动导板(见导板)、导辊等粘有凸起物;(2)异物掉在轧件上,经轧后脱落;(3)产品在运送、保管过程中与硬物碰压或产品本身相互格压。 防止和消除办法有:(l)生产中定期检查轧件、轧糟、矫直辊和辊动导板,发现问题及时处理;(2)轧制时防止异物掉在轧件上;(3)吊运产品要平稳,产品包装要平齐,捆扎要牢固,堆放底脚要垫平。 (刘肾才)
