房中术语。出明·张介宾《景岳全书·妇人规》。即男女房事“十机”之一。指女人婚嫁应适时，童稚未成年，天癸未裕，生气未舒，不宜嫁取行房。《妇人规》：“九曰童稚，乃女子之时机也。方苞方萼，生气未舒；甫童甫笄，天癸未裕。曾见有未实之粒，可为种不?未足之蚕，可为茧不?强费心力，而年 衰者能待乎?其亦不知机也矣。”历代医家都认为女子年未及而思男，易伤心血，火炎脾亏，肺烁肾枯，而且闭成痨者，难治。女子破阴太早，则伤其血脉，未成年即为婚，戕伐元阴，致肾精衰，气弱神散，乏嗣者多，不仅是促其寿命而已。故女虽十四而天癸至，必二十而嫁，皆欲阴阳完实，然后交而孕，孕而育，育而子坚壮强寿。
