房中术语。出明·张介宾《景岳全书·妇人规》。即男女房事“十机”之一。指女人婚嫁应适时,童稚未成年,天癸未裕,生气未舒,不宜嫁取行房。《妇人规》:“九曰童稚,乃女子之时机也。方苞方萼,生气未舒;甫童甫笄,天癸未裕。曾见有未实之粒,可为种不?未足之蚕,可为茧不?强费心力,而年 衰者能待乎?其亦不知机也矣。”历代医家都认为女子年未及而思男,易伤心血,火炎脾亏,肺烁肾枯,而且闭成痨者,难治。女子破阴太早,则伤其血脉,未成年即为婚,戕伐元阴,致肾精衰,气弱神散,乏嗣者多,不仅是促其寿命而已。故女虽十四而天癸至,必二十而嫁,皆欲阴阳完实,然后交而孕,孕而育,育而子坚壮强寿。
