内服：煎汤，4～5钱(鲜者1～1.5两)；或浸酒。
【选方】
①治慢性头风：鲜阳桃根一两至两半，豆腐四两炖服，日服一次。(《福建民间草药》) ②治关节痛：阳桃根四两，浸酒一斤，历一星期可用，每次服一小杯。(《泉州本草》) ③治心痛：阳桃根四至五钱。水煎服。(《岭南采药录》)
