Two kinds of E toughening master batch-E1-TMB and E2TMB were synthesized with HDPE as matrix resin,ethylene-propylene elastomer(M) and butadiene-styrene elastomer(N) as toughening agents,by adding appropriate amount initiator and anti-crosslinker.
以HDPE为基体树脂,乙丙弹性体(M)和丁苯弹性体(N)为增韧剂,加入适量引发剂、阻交联剂等,通过化学反应研制出2种聚乙烯增韧母料E1-TMB和E2-TMB,将2种增韧母料与HDPE热机械共混制得HDPE/E1-TMB和HDPE/E2-TMB共混物。
