做法:
1、原料水冲一下就可以了,不用摘、不用洗,真是方便呵;
2、豆腐切丝,真的是很难切很难切很难切,真佩服那些大厨们切出来的细如发丝的豆腐丝哦;
3、鸭血切丝这个还稍微的好切点;
4、把豆腐丝和鸭血丝放入煮开的上汤中炖熟;
5、加醋、盐、胡椒粉调味,以淀粉勾薄芡,最后撒上香菜叶,ok了。
