The separation process of oil-water sludge in centrifugal field was analyzed,and the expression of sedimentation height and float height for dispersed phase and centripetal substance were deduced by dynamic equation and granularity distribution function.
为了定量描述油渣水在离心力场中的分离过程,以含油渣水三相的罐底油为研究对象,对其中的分散相与向心层物质,运用动力学方程和粒度分布函数推导出其沉降高度和上浮高度的理论表达式,并通过实验对其进行验证,从而为工业用三相分离提供一个理论参考依据。

The current situation of oil-water sludge,the movement rule of and the forces on the solid impurity particles,oil drops and water of the oil-water sludge in centrifugal force field were introduced,and relevant physical models were established.

Oil-water sludge had the characteristics of good emulsification oil-water,strong adhesion of oily sludge and small relative gravity in oil-water sludge which was difficult to directly separate crude oil from oil-water sludge.
