Using finite element analysis software ANSYS,the temperature field of double-layer thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) was numerical simulated in the course of fabricating specimen.
运用ANSYS有限元分析软件模拟了双层热障涂层(ZrO2/NiCrAlY)在制备过程中的温度场,在此基础上,进行热-应力耦合计算分析试样的残余应力,重点计算了不同基体表面粗糙度条件下的残余应力分布。

The residual stress accumulation during thermal cycling of thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) was simulated by thermal elastic-plastic finite element method in this paper.
采用热弹塑性有限元方法,通过对热障涂层多次热循环降温过程中产生的残余应力的数值模拟,研究了在热梯度、热膨胀失调情况下涂层的热稳定过程。
