怠工
怠工工人出工不出力的一种行为。表现为工人虽身在工作岗位但实际上并不从事工作或者消极工作甚至有意破坏机器设备，降低生产效益。怠工在一般情况下是违反劳动纪律的行为，有时是劳动者为达到某种目的而采取的一种斗争方式。怠工多是劳动者为表示对雇主的抗议或迫使雇主接受某些经济要求而采取的一种斗争方式，为此一些国家将怠工称为意大利式罢工(最早由意大利工人采取此种斗争方式)。由于劳动管理体制的弊病，或因某些单位的领导犯有官僚主义，或由于职工个人利益方面的原因，有时也会发生消极怠工的行为。与罢工相比，怠工是一种较为缓和的斗争方式。
