In this connection,a TPH-SPIC algorithm is presented,in which the parameter space of a standard Hough algorithm first coarsely,then finely divided and the motion characteristics of targets are combined.

Aiming at the problem that the Hough transform method needs a lot of calculation and storage,and it is hard to select the quantization interval and accumulation mode in parameter space,this paper puts forward a modified Hough transform method,which can avoid the selecting problem of the parameter space interval.
针对Hough变换法计算量大、存储量大以及在参数空间量化间隔和积累方式难于选取的问题,提出一种改进的Hough变换法,避免了参数空间间隔的选取问题。
