当今知识经济时代要求成人终身学习,如何让这件伴随人们一生的事情能够事半功倍并从中获得快乐,这就有必要探索一条科学的行之有效的途径,本文试图在成人个性化学习方法上通过实践的检验探索全脑学习法及优化能力结构法的具体内容、实施步骤等,并提出了以人为本、优化成人学习方法最终实现以能力培养为核心、激发成人创新能力的全新理念,其深远意义在于帮助成人学员走出学习误区,探索适合不同个体的有效学习方法,不断提高学习效率,乃至提高民族的综合素质,以适应信息爆炸时代的需要。

湖北经济学院体育教学部现有教职工30人，其中教师26人，行政教辅人员4人。教师中副教授14人，讲师6人，助教6人；国际级裁判1人，一级裁判8人；国家级健身健美操指导员1人。教师所教授的专业分布在田径、篮球、排球、足球、乒乓球、羽毛球、网球、武术、跆拳道、健美操、艺术体操、国际标准舞等项目，可以满足学生对体育课教学和课外活动、培训的需求。新组建的体育教学部在学校党委和行政的领导下，通过全体教职工的共同努力和配合，较顺利地度过了磨合期，出现了干部群众热情高涨、上下齐心谋求发展的崭新局面，每一个人都决心为湖北经济学院的发展和腾飞贡献自己的力量。
