Methods 40 cases of ASA I~Ⅱlevel patients were selected,treating with the continues infusion of different third phenol by micro pump,the interrupted maintenance by using the Fentaini line of anaesthesia, and the throat atomization by 1%Amethocaine,in order to observe the BIS value.
方法40例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级择期脑部手术患者,微泵持续输注异丙酚,间断使用芬太尼行麻醉维持,诱导中使用1%丁卡因喉头喷雾后气管插管观察BIS值,同使用安慰剂喷雾BIS的变化对比。

The results of the tests show that: water can be used to extinguish EDA fire;the effect gets better when more water is supplied; under the same water supply condition,sprinkling is better than injection;bigger flow coefficient and spray angle of water spray nozzle will contribute to fire suppression.
